The right combination of food diet

Some of the laws I can directly see why they were given, however I do not understand the last part of the verse below regarding not boiling a kid in its mothers milk.

The Bible states: Deuteronomy 14:21 NIV “Do not eat anything you find already dead. You may give it to an alien living in any of your towns, and he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner. But you are a people holy to the LORD your God. Do not cook a young goat in its mother’s milk.

The risk ! Daily consumption of meat and milk increase the risk of prostate cancer: Men who eat lots of saturated animal fats (red meat such as beef, lamb and pork, and butter, whole milk, ) have an increased risk of getting the disease. Diets high in calcium and dairy protein may also increase the risk of prostate cancer. Why Milk and Meat is a Bad Idea: Milk takes longer to digest due to the protein casein and meat is also rich in other types of protein. A combination can cause havoc for the digestive system overloads our digestive system and it just doesn’t digest well causing constipation and the body not to absorb the nutrients available in the food.


DOUBLE DEAD MEAT IS RISKY TO EAT :

The Bible states double dead meat is risky to eat :

๐Ÿ‘‰ “He must not eat anything found dead or torn by wild animals, and so become unclean through it. I am the LORD.— ( Leviticus 22:8 )

The person who eats its double-dead meat, persons who eat “botcha” will still most likely suffer from diarrhea and vomiting, because they will ingest the bacteria coming from the contaminated pig’s blood.

Dr. Lyndon Lee-Suy said that eating double-dead meat is hazardous to health because it may result to stomach ache, diarrhea and even food poisoning.

An increase in red meat consumption of at least half a serving per day was linked with a 10% higher risk of early death in the study, published in the medical journal BMJ on Wednesday. Replacing red meat with other protein sources may help you live longer, the study found.
