WHAT THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT CARING AND PROTECTING ENVIROMENT

What the Bible say about caring and protecting our enviroment:

The Bible states…Do not harm the earth or the sea nor the tree:

                 Revelation 7:3 

Saying, “Do not harm the earth or the sea or the trees, until we have sealed the servants of our God on their foreheads.”

logging is forbidden:

          Deuteronomy 20:19

When you lay siege to a city for an extended time while fighting against it to capture it, you must not destroy its trees by putting an axe to them, because you can eat their fruit. You must not cut them down. Are the trees of the field human, that you should besiege them?

Yes! We are the steward our planet earth to cultivate it and keep it:

              Genesis 2:15 

Then the LORD God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it.

All animals is under our authority :

              Psalms 8:4-9 

What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them? You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor. You made them rulers over the works of your hands;you put everything under their feet:all flocks and herds,and the animals of the wild the birds in the sky,and the fish in the sea, all that swim the paths of the seas.

              Genesis 1:27-28 

So God created mankind in his own image,in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

We need to coexist with other living things:

                Psalms 36:6 

Your righteousness is like the highest mountains, your justice like the great deep. You, LORD, preserve both people and animals.

The Wrath of God has come to those people who caused destruction on the earth :

                  Revelation 11:18 

The nations were filled with wrath, but now the time of your wrath has come. It is time to judge the dead and reward your servants the prophets, as well as your holy people, and all who fear your name, from the least to the greatest. It is time to destroy all who have caused destruction on the earth.”

God’s love this World that he give his one and only Son : and We are belong to this world:

                   John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
