The Coriolis effect bends the direction of surface currents to the right in the Northern Hemisphere and left in the Southern Hemisphere. The Coriolis effect causes winds and currents to form circular patterns.
The Bibles states about the circle on the face of the deep called the “Ocean gyre”
In Proverbs 8:27 “when he crafted the heavens, I was there— when he marked out a circle on the face of the deep,
An ocean gyre is a large system of circular ocean currents formed by global wind patterns and forces created by Earth’s rotation. The movement of the world’s major ocean gyres helps drive the “ocean conveyor belt.” The ocean conveyor belt circulates ocean water around the entire planet. Also known as thermohaline circulation, the ocean conveyor belt is essential for regulating temperature, salinity and nutrient flow throughout the ocean.
In Job 26:10 “He has inscribed a circle on the face of the waters at the boundary between light and darkness.
We all have blind spots in our view of the world. I used to be a doctor at the Kid’s Hospital, but when my kids cut themselves I would just clean it and leave it open to the air to “breathe”. But I was so wrong – wounds do need a dressing.
The word “wound” comes from the latin “vulnus” giving us the word “vulnerability”. The word “dressing” comes from the French “drecier”, meaning to set right or straight, or to put in proper order.
Immediately after a cut in the skin, blood clot and debris fill the gap. Within three hours, you get inflammation, and migration of surface cells across the narrow gap. Around two to three days, immune system cells start removing the clot, and a protective scab starts to form. After about ten to fourteen days, the scab becomes loose. The surface skin cells have joined up, and the fibrous tissue is holding the wound together, but it is still weak. It takes months to years to get back close to full strength and a minimal scar.
The scab acts as a semi-permeable membrane, providing a moist environment that encourages the surface skin cells to migrate across the gap and join up. But you still need to cover the wound because you don’t always get a protective scab forming – sometimes because of infection, or the gap being too big, or accidentally knocking the scab off.
Which is why people have been trying for at least 7,000 years to work out how best to treat wounds. The ancient Egyptians used a combination of animal grease (which doesn’t stick), honey (which is an osmotic agent and antibacterial chemical) and lint (to absorb secretions). By the way, in some wounds, a mixture of one third honey and two third animal fat can drop the bacterial count of Staph and E. coli from 100,000 down to 100 in only twenty four hours.
In the Bible, Luke 10:34 tells the story of The Good Samaritan. “He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine.
Modern science has discovered that the antiseptic chemicals in wine include the pigments malvoside and oenoside. And yes they are more plentiful in red wine. The early Roman Physicians Celsus and Galen discussed different ways of caring for different wounds.
In the 1500s, Ambroise Pare was the official royal surgeon to several French kings. After the long gap of the Dark Ages he tried to set up a rational system of wound care.
In the 1800s, Dr Joseph Lister was the first to use antiseptics in surgery. In 1867 he invented the first antiseptic dressing, by soaking lint and gauze in carbolic acid. Robert Wood Johnson (a founder of Johnson and Johnson) heard Lister lecture on wound care, and soon afterwards, Johnson and Johnson became the first company to mass produce antiseptic wound dressings.
Between 1948 and 1951 various doctors explored the “moist chamber effect”. They covered wounds with various materials including adhesive tapes, permeable and non-permeable nylon films and transparent plastic films. In 1958, Dr Udland discovered that wounds covered by blisters healed better and more quickly when the blister was intact, rather than broken. It began to look as though as though moist wounds healed more quickly and better.
In 1962 George Winter, now famous as the Father Of Moist Wound Healing, finally proved that wounds that were kept moist, healed better than those that were exposed to the air.
The “perfect” dressing should be able to remove toxic chemicals and secretions, while keeping the wound humid. It should allow gases to enter and leave, but still provide thermal insulation. It should also protect the wound from infection and be easily removable. There is no single dressing that can do all of these.
We have learnt more about wound care in the last two decades than in the previous two millennia. So now I know that wounds should be dressed for healing success. One less blind spot for me.
A new study suggests that early exposure to germs strengthens the immune system. That means letting children get a little dirty might be good for their health later in life.
Eating without washing your hands is not bad it will stimulate your immune system to became stronger:
The Bible states that Jesus disciples they don’t wash their hands before they eat some people say that is un hygienic behaviour :
In Matthew 15:2 “Why do your disciples break the tradition of the elders? They don’t wash their hands before they eat!”
But according to Dr. Jack Gilbert, the director of the Microbiome Center at the University of Chicago Medicine and co-author of Dirt Is Good:
The Advantage Of Germs For Your Child’s Developing Immune System, speaks for the microbes. Gilbert has spent his professional life — and much of his personal life, first in the garden of his childhood home in London and now just outside of Chicago — rooting around in the muck. This has been, his research shows, salutary. “My mother always said, keep the house ‘clean enough to be healthy, dirty enough to be happy,’” Gilbert told Fatherly. “I like to turn that on its head a little bit and say ‘Dirty enough to be healthy, clean enough to be happy.’”
“When I started to do research in asthma, allergies and then neurocognitive disorders, it became obvious that making sure that you have a robust and healthy microbiome,” said Gilbert, “also made sure you had a robust and healthy immune system.” This has real-world (and wonderful) implications for fathers. “Kids should be interacting with the world and being part of it rather than locked up inside the house.” Pacifiers will fall, dogs will come and go, dirt will cake upon the flesh of our children and this is all, scientifically, good. In that sense, Gilbert speaks not only for the microbes, but for the dirty happy children, who are doing just fine.
The study involved laboratory mice. It found that adult mice raised in a germ-free environment were more likely to develop allergies, asthma and other autoimmune disorders. There are more than eighty disorders where cells that normally defend the body instead attack tissues and organs.
They include rheumatoid arthritis, which attacks the joints; Crohn’s disease, an inflammatory bowel condition; and juvenile diabetes. Hay fever, a common allergy, is also an autoimmune disorder.
Richard Blumberg is a professor at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. He says in nineteen eighty-nine, medical researchers sought to explain these diseases with what they called the “hygiene hypothesis.” They proposed that the increasing use of antibacterial soaps and other products, especially early in life, could weaken immune systems.
Dr.RICHARD BLUMBERG: “The hypothesis has stated or suggested that early-life exposure to microbes is a very important determinant of later life sensitivity to allergic and so-called autoimmune diseases, such as hay fever, asthma, inflammatory bowel disease and others.”
Now, Dr. Blumberg and a team have what they say is the first biological evidence to link early exposure to germs to stronger adult immune systems. They say this exposure could prevent the development of some autoimmune diseases.
Getting your hands dirty can give your health a real boostbThe bacteria in soil improves mood, mental agility and can also boost your immune system – so it’s time to get mucky!
Scientists set up an experiment whereby mice were put in a beaker of water and watched to see how long they would keep swimming and looking for an exit before giving up. The mice that were treated with the bacteria kept swimming for longer than the control mice, leading the scientists to conclude that they had a more active “coping mechanism”. Leaving aside the all-round oddness of the experiment, you have to admit that’s pretty interesting.
A related study by the Sage Colleges in New York found that soil bacteria can also accelerate learning. More long-suffering mice were fed myco-bacterium vaccae and were subseq-uently able to navigate a maze twice as fast as the control mice. In yet another study, scientists found that human cancer patients who were injected with mycobacterium vaccae reported better quality of life and less nausea and pain. It’s no wonder GIYers are such a happy bunch – it turns out we’re all jacked up on mycobacterium vaccae!
So, how does it work? The researchers believe that the key to it is the ‘happy chemical’ serotonin, which is produced in the brain and acts as a natural anti-depressant. The mycobacterium vaccae bacteria cause an immune system response in the body, causing serotonin-releasing neurons to fire in the pre-frontal cortex of the brain – the part of our brain known to be involved in mood regulation. It is these same nerves that are targeted by the anti-depressants such as Prozac.
The benefits of regular contact with soil extend beyond mood improvement and mental agility – it can also improve our immune system function. In 2012, researchers at Harvard Medical School published a study showing the health benefits of contact with dirt. They studied two groups of mice – one that had been exposed to microbes and one that had been raised in germ-free environments – they found that the group with early-life microbe exposure had significantly lower numbers of inflammatory immune cells in the lungs and colon, giving them a better chance at avoiding asthma and inflammatory bowel diseases later in life.
We live in a ‘germaphobic’ society where everything is kept spotlessly clean and germs are considered the enemy. We use antibacterial soaps each time we wash our hands and blitz surfaces with antibacterial wipes. Vegetables are cleaned before being put on the supermarket shelves, in case we might consider them too dirty to buy. Sit through the standard ad break when you’re watching television and you quickly arrive at the conclusion that all dirt is bad, and bacteria and germs should be obliterated with the strongest chemicals you can find. Undoubtedly, improved hygiene has reduced disease in the last century, but have we gone too far?
The ‘hygiene hypothesis’ posits that routine exposure to harmless microorganisms in the environment is actually good for us, boosting our immune systems by training it to ignore harmless molecules. People that do occasional ‘immunological exercise’ like this, get less asthma, fewer allergies, less skin irritations and so on.
Muh has a healing properties of zinc and selenium that good for the eyes:
In John 9:6-7 “After saying this, he spit on the ground, made some mud with the saliva, and put it on the man’s eyes.“Go,” he told him, “wash in the Pool of Siloam” (this word means “Sent”). So the man went and washed, and came home seeing.”
The Important minerals for your eyes include zinc and selenium. The selenium and zinc ilare good for your eyes. Zinc helps your body absorb vitamin A and also helps many antioxidant enzymes in your body reduce the number of free radicals.
The amount of zinc present in the soil depends on the parent materials of that soil. Selenium is located in mineral deposits and some soil formations where a high concentration of sulfur is found.
Why does the Bible speak against wearing clothing made of different types of fabric?
There are two passages in the Mosaic Law that forbid the wearing of different types of fabric; that is, the wearing of blended fabrics—those woven from two different materials.
Leviticus 19:19 says, “Do not wear clothing woven of two kinds of material.”
And Deuteronomy 22:11 “…Do not wear clothes of wool and linen woven together.”
While the Deuteronomy passage specifically forbids wearing a woven garment of wool and linen, the Leviticus passage seems broader, forbidding clothes woven of two different types of fabric, no matter what the material. However, wool and linen would have been the primary options for the ancient Israelite when it came to making thread for weaving. Woolen thread would have been made from the hair of a sheep or goat, although today it is made from a variety of other animals as well (llamas, alpacas, etc.). Linen was made from fibers contained in the stalk of the flax plant (see Joshua 2:6). There is no evidence that ancient Israel cultivated cotton, and of course they did not have synthetics like nylon or polyester. Thus, we can assume that wool and linen are in view in the Leviticus passage, even though the materials are not specifically stated.
Neither passage says anything about wearing two garments made of different kinds of material. For example, a linen undergarment worn with a woolen outer garment may have been acceptable. Nor do the commandments say anything about clothing that is not woven, such as leather or animal skins, being used with a lining made of wool or linen. The prohibition pertains only to wearing a single garment woven with both wool and linen.
Wearing a clothes made of different fabric of wool and linen it can cause skin allergy :
Meanwhile, with a sensitivity, any number of things could cause a surface-level irritation that easily goes away once the irritant is removed. What are the symptoms of wool allergy? | Symptoms. People who are sensitive to wool might become itchy when wool rubs on their skin.
What causes wool allergy?
👉 Lanolin:
Wool allergy is believed to come from lanolin — a protective, waxy layer that covers every strand of sheep hair. Lanolin is a complex substance and is often added to cosmetics and ointments for its moisturizing properties.
What is lanolin?
Lanolin is specific to sheep, but it’s likely that all mammals have their own version of a protective wax on strands of hair. Wool allergy is specifically linked with the lanolin from sheep.Lanolin allergy is rare. A 2001 reviewTrusted Source of more than 24,000 people with high risk for allergies showed only 1.7% of them actually reacted to lanolin.
It’s possible that people who react to wool are actually reacting to something used in the garment-making process. However, that same review found very low levels of irritants in the chemicals and dyes in wool products. So, it’s possible that wool causes a skin reaction because it’s naturally such a thick fiber.
People who are sensitive to wool might become itchy when wool rubs on their skin.
Symptoms of wool allergy:
👉itchy skin and rashes (these are the most common symptoms)
👉irritated eyes
👉runny nose
👉cough
In the early hours of Monday, September 28, the last blood moon in the current tetrad (cycle of four moons) will occur during the Jewish festival of Sukkot (Tabernacles). The blood moon, a full lunar eclipse in which the moon appears red, will be visible from the US, beginning shortly after midnight on Sunday, September 27, for approximately one hour and 11 minutes. Even more significantly, the blood moon will also be visible from Israel.
In Acts 2:20 “The sun will become dark, and the moon will turn blood red before that great and glorious day of the LORD arrives.
The current tetrad has high significance for Judaism and Israel. Each blood moon in the tetrad has fallen on a Jewish holiday: Passover of 2014, Sukkot of 2014, Passover of 2015 and now Sukkot of 2015. A tetrad of blood moons all coinciding with Jewish festivals is extremely rare; only three such tetrads have occurred in the past thousand years. This is the fourth cycle. According to many rabbinic scholars, these tetrads always signify turning points in Jewish history. A prophecy in the Book of Joel states that the coming of the Messiah will be preceded by a blood moon.
In Joel 3:3 “I will set wonders in the heavens and the earth: blood and fire and pillars of smoke; the sun will turn to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and awesome Day of God”
Looking back to 1949 for example, the Passover Blood Moon was on April 13, 1949. The final Armistice Agreement of Israel’s War of Independence, signaling the war’s end, was not signed until July 20 of that year.
Similarly, there was also a Passover Blood Moon on April 24, 1967. The Six Day War, which reunited the divided city of Jerusalem, did not start until more than a month later, on June 5, 1967.
Gravity keeps things together. It is a force that attracts matter towards it. Anything with mass creates gravity, but the amount of gravity is proportional to the amount of mass. Therefore, Jupiter has a stronger gravitational pull than Mercury. Distance also affects the strength of the gravitational force. Therefore, the Earth has a stronger pull on us than Jupiter does, even though Jupiter is as big as over 1,300 Earths. While we are familiar with gravity’s impact on us and on Earth, this force also has many effects on the entire solar system, too.
The Bible states about the heavenly bodies will be shaken :Time will come God’s will shakes the gravity of stars and planets in all heavenly bodies will be shaken.
In Matthew 24:29″… The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’
One of the most noticeable effects of gravity in the solar system is the orbit of the planets. The sun could hold 1.3 million Earths so its mass has a strong gravitational pull. When a planet tries to go past the sun at a high rate of speed, gravity grabs the planet and pulls it towards the sun. Likewise, the planet’s gravity is trying to pull the sun towards it but can’t because of the vast difference in mass. The planet keeps moving but is always caught up in the push-pull forces caused by the interaction of these gravitational forces. As a result, the planet begins orbiting the sun. The same phenomenon causes the moon to orbit around the Earth except its the Earth’s gravitational force not the sun’s that keeps it moving around us.
In Hebrew 12:26-27 “Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
A quake is the result when the surface of a planet, moon or star begins to shake, usually as the consequence of a sudden release of energy transmitted as seismic waves, and potentially with great violence.
In Isaiah 13:13 “For I will shake the heavens. The earth will move from its place when the LORD of Heaven’s Armies displays his wrath in the day of his fierce anger.”
In Hagai 2:6 “This is what the LORD Almighty says: ‘In a little while I will once more shake the heavens and the earth, the sea and the dry land.
The types of quakes include:
👉Earthquake :
An earthquake is a phenomenon that results from the sudden release of stored energy in the Earth’s crust that creates seismic waves. At the Earth’s surface, earthquakes may manifest themselves by a shaking or displacement of the ground and sometimes cause tsunamis, which may lead to loss of life and destruction of property. An earthquake is caused by tectonic plates (sections of the Earth’s crust) getting stuck and putting a strain on the ground. The strain becomes so great that rocks give way and fault lines occur.
👉Moonquake :
A moonquake is the lunar equivalent of an earthquake (i.e., a quake on the Moon). They were first discovered by the Apollo astronauts. The largest moonquakes are much weaker than the largest earthquakes, though their shaking can last for up to an hour, due to the lack of attenuation to dampen seismic vibrations
👉Marsquake :
A marsquake is a quake that occurs on the planet Mars. A recent study suggests that marsquakes occur every million years. This suggestion is related to recently found evidence of Mars’s tectonic boundaries. The first confirmed marsquake was measured by NASA’s InSight lander on April 6, 2019, which was one of the Lander’s key science goals.
👉Venusquake :
A venusquake is a quake that occurs on the planet Venus.A Venusquake may have caused a new scarp and a landslide to form. An image of the landslides was taken in November 1990 during the first flight around Venus by the Magellan spacecraft. Another image was taken on July 23, 1991 as the Magellan revolved around Venus for the second time. Each image was 24 kilometres (15 mi) across and 38 kilometres (24 mi) long, and was centered at 2° south latitude and 74° east longitude. The pair of Magellan images shows a region in Aphrodite Terra, within a steeply sloping valley that is cut by many fractures (faults).
👉Sunquake:
A sunquake is a quake that occurs on the Sun.
Seismic waves produced by sunquakes occur in the photosphere and can travel at velocities of 35,000 kilometres per hour (22,000 mph) for distances up to 400,000 kilometres (250,000 mi) before fading away.On July 9, 1996, a sunquake was produced by an X2.6 class solar flare and its corresponding coronal mass ejection. According to researchers who reported the event in Nature, this sunquake was comparable to an earthquake of a magnitude 11.3 on the Richter scale. That represents a release of energy approximately 40,000 times greater than that of the devastating 1906 San Francisco earthquake, and far greater than that of any earthquake ever recorded. Such an event contains the energy of 100-110 billion tons of TNT or 2 million modest sized nuclear bombs. It is unclear how such a relatively modest flare could have liberated sufficient energy to generate such powerful seismic waves.
👉Starquake:
A starquake is an astrophysical phenomenon that occurs when the crust of a neutron star undergoes a sudden adjustment, analogous to an earthquake on Earth. Starquakes are thought to result from two different mechanisms. One is the huge stresses exerted on the surface of the neutron star produced by twists in the ultra-strong interior magnetic fields. A second cause is a result of spindown. As the neutron star loses angular velocity due to frame-dragging and by the bleeding off of energy due to it being a rotating magnetic dipole, the crust develops an enormous amount of stress. Once that exceeds a certain level, it adjusts itself to a shape closer to non-rotating equilibrium: a perfect sphere. The actual change is believed to be on the order of micrometers or less, and occurs in less than a millionth of a second. The largest recorded starquake was detected on December 27, 2004 from the ultracompact stellar corpse SGR 1806-20,[15] which created a quake equivalent to a magnitude 32 The quake, which occurred 50,000 light years from Earth, released gamma rays equivalent to 1037 kW. Had it occurred within a distance of 10 light years from Earth, the quake could have triggered a mass extinction.
The Bible states about the end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the another end it is boundary marking in one of the outer limits of sun ‘s influence called the “Termination shock”
In Psalms 19:6 ” It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is deprived of its warmth.
The termination shock is the boundary marking one of the outer limits of the Sun’s influence, and is one boundary of the Solar System. It is where the bubble of solar wind. particles slows down so that the particles are traveling slower than the speed of sound.
The termination shock is the boundary marking one of the outer limits of the Sun’s influence, and is one boundary of the Solar System. It is where the bubble of solar wind. particles slows down so that the particles are traveling slower than the speed of sound. The solar wind particles slow down when they begin to press into the interstellar medium. The solar wind is made of plasma, and when it slows in this way, it goes through many changes. The solar wind plasma gets smooshed together, or compressed like people crowded together in a tiny room. When it is compressed, it also becomes much hotter, in the same way as a bicycle pump heats up in your hand when you vigorously inflate a tire. Also, the solar wind carries outward some of the Sun’s magnetic field, which now gets stronger at the termination shock and twists around. We have only two direct measurements of the distance to the Termination Shock. These measurements were made by Voyager 1 and Voyager 2. Voyager 1 crossed the termination shock at 94 astronomical units (AU) and Voyager 2 crossed at 84 AU.
In Matthew 24:31 “.. from one end of the heavens to the other.”
The heliosphere is the vast, bubble-like region of space which surrounds and is created by the Sun. In plasma physics terms, this is the cavity formed by the Sun in the surrounding interstellar medium. The “bubble” of the heliosphere is continuously “inflated” by plasma originating from the Sun, known as the solar wind. Outside the heliosphere, this solar plasma gives way to the interstellar plasma permeating our galaxy. Radiation levels inside and outside the heliosphere differ; in particular, the galactic cosmic rays are less abundant inside the heliosphere, so that the planets inside (including Earth) are partly shielded from their impact.
According to the best estimates of astronomers there are at least one hundred billion two hundred billion galaxies in the observable universe.
The Bible states about the Heaven of heavens the observable heavens of galaxies:
In 1 Kings 8:27 “But will God indeed dwell on the earth? behold, THE HEAVEN AND HEAVEN OF HEAVENS cannot contain thee; how much less this house that I have builded?
Galaxies — those vast collections of stars that populate our universe — are all over the place. But how many galaxies are there in the universe? Counting them seems like an impossible task. Sheer numbers is one problem — once the count gets into the billions, it takes a while to do the addition. Another problem is the limitation of our instruments. To get the best view, a telescope needs to have a large aperture (the diameter of the main mirror or lens) and be located above the atmosphere to avoid distortion from Earth’s air.
God’s made heaven of heavens:
In Nehemiah 9:6 “Thou, even thou, art LORD alone; thou hast made heaven, THE HEAVEN OF HEAVENS , with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein, and thou preservest them all; and the host of heaven worshippeth thee.
Perhaps the most resonant example of this fact is the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (XDF), an image made by combining 10 years of photographs from the Hubble Space Telescope. The telescope watched a small patch of sky in repeat visits for a total of 50 days, according to NASA. If you held your thumb at arm’s length to cover the moon, the XDF area would be about the size of the head of a pin. By collecting faint light over many hours of observation, the XDF revealed thousands of galaxies, both nearby and very distant, making it the deepest image of the universe ever taken at that time. So if that single small spot contains thousands, imagine how many more galaxies could be found in other spots.
While estimates among different experts vary, an acceptable range is between 100 billion and 200 billion galaxies, said Mario Livio, an astrophysicist at the Space Telescope Science Institute in Baltimore, Maryland. When the James Webb Space Telescope launches in 2020, the observatory is expected to reveal even more information about early galaxies in the universe.
Observable heavens of galaxies:
In Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the HEAVENS and the earth.
Years of extensive research has shown that connecting to the Earth’s natural energy, by walking barefoot on grass, sand, dirt or rock can diminish chronic pain, fatigue and other ailments that plague so many people today. This connection is referred to as Earthing or Grounding.
The Bibles states that Prophet Isaiah walking around barefoot for the last three years.
Did Prophet Isaiah practise earthing:
In Isaiah 20:3 “Then the LORD said, “As my servant Isaiah has walked naked and barefoot for three years as a sign and a portent against Egypt and Cush.
To put it briefly, when your bare feet or skin comes in contact with the earth, free electrons are taken up into the body. These electrons could be referred to as nature’s biggest antioxidants and help neutralise damaging excess free radicals that can lead to inflammation and disease in the body. The Earth is a conductor or free electrons and so are all living things on the planet, including us. The body is composed of mostly of water and minerals which in combination are excellent conductors of electrons from the Earth providing there is direct skin contact or some other conductive channel for them to flow through.
The Earth’s energy upgrades one’s physiology by allowing the body to cope and repair thereby promoting wellbeing, vitality and better sleep. It also harmonizes and stabilizes the body’s basic biological rhythms, knocks down (and even knocks out) chronic inflammation and reduces and eliminates associated pain, making it the most natural and powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-aging remedy around! No matter what your age, gender, race or health status you will benefit from a daily dose of Earthing!
BENEFITS EARTHING HAS BEEN SHOWN TO HELP WITH:
